- TomVader2026年3月11日I watched this not long after it was released, but before I saw clerks, and absolutely hated it. I guess it took almost 20 years for me to get it. It's basically clerks that happens at places other than a convenience store, and with Ben Affleck trying to get it on with a lesbian. I don't think it's as good as clerks, but it's unmistakenly Kevin Smith.

Chasing Amy is one of the first movies that put Kevin Smith on the map. Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, and then Dogma. I'm not even a big Dogma fan, but I think Dogma was far better than anything he created after 2001.
