It a solid movie in its category and is filled with enough action to keep most 80s action fans happy. It's worth a watch, don't forget about its source material. That might be worth a look also. Look for Zatochi movies. I think there is around 30 of them.

Daft but entertaining action film, a remake of a series of Japanese action films with an excellent performance from Rutger Huer who keeps the film going and good support from Meg Foster, Terrance O'Quinn, Noble Willingham as the main bad guy with some of the dumbest henchmen ever seen and plenty of action in a very 80's movie.
