Dove guardare WandaVision
- I honestly really liked WandaVision. I thought the whole idea of Wanda creating this fake perfect life because she couldn’t deal with everything that happened to her was actually really interesting, and I especially liked seeing more of Wanda as a character. Some parts were definitely slower than others, but the story itself was really good and the ending actually hit pretty hard. I don’t think it’s had the biggest impact on the MCU for me so far, but as its own story, I really enjoyed it. 8/10
- ## Synopsis Watch Wanda and Vision in a classic sitcom style TV show covering multiple decades. However, the town seems to hiding something from them, but they can't put it together as strange things happen. ## Review This show is so unbelievably underrated. I really think that it speaks to the more human element of what happened after the events of [[Avengers Endgame]]. We get to see both sides from the superhero side and then the more human perspective. I really appreciate the animosity and anger the ones that were left behind show toward those that got dusted. It creates some interesting dynamics between the two sets of people. With all of that, the story really has nothing to do with that. It is a story about coming to terms with grief, wrapped in this popular sitcom trope. You follow Wanda after losing Vision and her brother and she is just trying to process that loss in a world where her future isn't what she thought it would be. I think the sitcom trope is one of my favorite things about this show. I grew up watching Nick at Night with my Mom and Dad as I was growing up. At the time it would show "I Love Lucy" which is really where this starts. It plays through so much that really feel that she is part of those shows. The final culmination of events is where you lose me. The threat from the beginning was a mystery, but the last episode or 2 leaving so many questions about how did people fight the mind control? How did no one had an issue with creating a robot that targeted a human and only a human? All of this happens in the last 2 episodes so all the work previously setup in the show just feels forgotten. ## [My Rating] I think the show is very well done. I really enjoy Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany as a dynamic duo. They work so well together and I think there characters are my favorite couple in the MCU, not that it matters, but theirs's feels the most real. I think the setup for [[Agatha All Along]] is outstanding. This is a fun show that has a ton of weight that you just don't expect from the first MCU show. If only the rest followed this path, and didn't take a dive off a cliff into [[Ironheart]]. This is an 8. ## [Parental Rating] No language. Classic and calm episodes. The sex is the same as the classic 50s TV shows so you aren't getting much. I think from content perspective, they'd be in until the last 2 episodes with witches and robots. From a rule perspective, approved by both which is surprising.
- Better than i remember, I remember watching it come out each week and not really liking it. Idk what was going on with me but this was great. The only thing I still have a problem with is that I still didn’t like the ending and Wanda overall character arc that they chose for her. I felt as if they rushed Agatha into the show and there “twist” with her and then basically forcing Wanda becoming a villain Better than I remember
- WandaVision is quite a strange animal. On one hand, the storyline that unfolds is bizarre and otherworldly, making you begin to question every scene and line. But on the other, it suffers from rough pacing and filler sequences, some of which contain cameos from the MCU just to make an attempt in melding the series with the rest of the filmic universe. But don't let that put you off - instead, you're going to want to binge this series, especially before watching Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness. This is one wicked trip into the multiverse that I didn't know I needed, and desperately want Marvel to embrace because of the much darker approach it pushes, compared to the origins of the MCU and it's happy-go-lucky movies.
