A bankrupt library set for closure is desperately looking for a way to stay in business, when one day the librarians Will (Tim Hautekiet) and Steve (Jack Howard) discover an overdue library fee - for a book that was taken out in 1989 by a small child. Now a grown man, Michael Foster (Daniel J Layton) gets a call from the library and is told that he owes them a sum of one million pounds.
