But when Lady Bread, Wheelie Dan, and the Utensiler all claim to be the villain responsible, the team must recreate the break-in to discover the true culprit.
"The Shadow" hosts a meeting of villains worldwide in order to convince them to join her Villain Network. But when she shows them their decline in villainy on a line graph, it catapults the villains into a game of blame.
