    This is what happens when you mix a steampunk Western, Richard Dean Anderson’s majestic mullet, and a mustache-twirling John de Lancie. Anderson plays Ernest Pratt, a reluctant dime-novel hero who somehow ends up battling injustice with gadgets that would make MacGyver jealous. Sadly, it got canceled faster than you can say “mechanical horse,” but Richard rode straight into the Stargate afterward and became a sci-fi legend for real. Highly recommended for fans of questionable facial hair, 90s charm, and shows that deserved a second season. Yeehaw, science!
