An ex-cop has a problem with authorities. Now, as an investigator, he is his own boss, even if only with a few solvent customers. His office and home are in Bad Cannstatt, the most populous district of Stuttgart. Huck's best friend is called Cem: VfB fan, neighbor, shopkeeper, family man and "assistant investigator" who repeatedly interferes or is drawn into the research. Huck and Cem seldom agree, listen to each other even more seldom, and more often than not. Who wins?
