There isn't much negative to say here; the animation and sound quality range from decent to excellent across the board. The characters are relatable, and you can see clear character development. Overall—and fittingly for the subject matter—the presentation is highly emotional; while this is lovely, in my opinion, it eventually became a bit too much. You have to be okay with the fact that the female lead cries at least once in almost every episode and needs someone to pick her back up. The dynamic between the two protagonists relies on this, and it drives the scenes where she grows. While the "how" and "why" make sense, the pattern can eventually start to feel repetitive. That said, I would certainly recommend this anime. It really depends on whether you click with the protagonists and enjoy the setting. In terms of quality, it is one of the better romance anime out there.
