    I haven't seen this in a few years, but plan on giving it another watch soon. I remember really liking it! I was surprised to see the movie get like 24% rating lol but I guess I haven't seen that version. The series was romantic, sweeping, beautiful to look at (the scenery & both male & female lead stars)... idk. Seemed pretty damn good to me. I used Google translate to finally find myself a copy on blu-ray I could get so my (Russian) dad could watch - & the version I got had no subtitles, so I wouldn't really be able to watch it with him lol
