Tara Duncan an American entertainment industry executive and president of Disney Entertainment's Onyx Collective, a content brand focusing on projects from creators of color and other underrepresented groups. She previously served as president of Freeform from 2020-2021. Before joining Disney, Duncan was a creative executive at Netflix where she oversaw the hit series "Orange Is the New Black" and "Narcos," and was a key creative executive at AMC and HBO.
