Unfortunately, you're off to a bad start when some idiot goes "The Hitcher did well we should make a sequel!" without the intelligence to look at the original and go "Oh that's a complete story in one go - nothing more here". So, you largely get a gender swapped re-enactment of the first one. The ever wonderful Jake Busey does his best to bring the Rutger Hauer charm, and there's some real good moments. Now, normally as the stats show Gender-Swapped usually equals crap, but here they're aware they've got a big guy vs a smaller woman and physics actually apply. Well done to the writers here. Anyway, not the worst way you could spend an hour and a half - or just stick it on in the background while you're doing something else. The actors here are far far greater than the "Sequel Story" they've been given.
