- M08Y16 ottobre 2025My eyes are still recovering from how choppy this film is. Taken 2 is honestly just a downgrade in every single way to the first. It's not as sleek, memorable or charming as it's predecessor. The fight scene with the baton near the start was actually horrible to watch. It was a fairly simple scene that was shot slowly but still had 10 million cuts to try and make it look like Liam Neeson was up to the job. Not a patch on Taken (2008). The visuals were fine I guess, very tame violence means there is little to distract you from the plain sets and the lackluster actions scenes. The audio is pretty tame on the Bluray, certainly nothing to write home about. In an ideal world, this would be the last we ever see of the Taken films.
- pipanni26 maggio 2025Not as strong as the first movie, but it's always a pleasure to watch Liam Neeson kicking ass and taking names. Some scenes are close to the original greatness, like the "grenade mapping running" sequence.

Never a dull moment with Liam offering all his talent and the cast to make this show realistic. The suspense is fantastic and enticing you into the film making you feel part of it, Story is about kidnappers revenge after losing so many of family members getting bash and maimed even killed in Taken. what do they expect from our hero a medal, I don't feel sorry for them, yes time for the munchies, so sit and relax on the comfort of the sofa put your feet up. Turn on the T.V. for a night of marvelous entertainment with these 2 dvd's,. Worth adding to your collections and a show not to be missed. I rated this an A plus with thumbs up. So loosen up as that is all I am giving away as not to spoil it for you, you won't be disappointed that's for sure. Enjoy
