- David C.19 novembre 2025This is a great movie that shows the backstabbing & clear abuses of power and influence that's commonplace and the motion picture industry. Kevin Spacey and Frank Whaley are amazing playing the characters of an executive and his personal assistant who's compromised, degraded and belittled beyond comprehension. This poignant plot is humorous yet disheartening to most people who'd seek working in the incredibly warped business of making motion pictures. My opinion is that it's not just worthwhile, it's a must see movie! It appears to be a bit exaggerating, of course perhaps it isn't? I'm not going to tell, but my late wife was an actress and I've written a book & a film script and I'm presently writing another film script, however you judge the incidents and occurrences in the movie & you decide if it's exaggerated or realistic bcause you're certainly not getting anything past this from me, no spoiler alerts in this review, just watch the movie & tell me your thoughts about it & if you think the events are somewhat commonplace or a bit exaggerated because I'm anxious to hear what you think, so watch the film and tell me your thoughts! Well, what are you waiting for, you're not going to sent engraved invitation for me, so take the initiative to watch ít, now pop your popcorn, grab a soda or Go ahead and sneak an entire dinner from a Chinese restaurant, like I would do during my younger years and enjoy the movie! 😂👍
