Compared to a lot of schlocky stripper-revenge movies, Risqué looks surprisingly good. The production value is higher than expected, the direction has confidence, and despite the cast lacking big-name stars, it never feels like a bargain-bin effort. That alone makes it stand out in a very crowded sub-genre. Visually, it’s loud and vivid.
