One evening, Donna and her family are eating dinner and watching TV, when news breaks out of a nuclear bomb threat surrounding the area. The family is forced to seek shelter in their basement. Once confined in the space, opposing beliefs put each family member at odds with another as each confronts their anxieties of a society on the brink of war. As tensions grow, Donna isn't sure where she is safe anymore and must decide between the idealist family she wants or the liberation she needs.
