- M08Y27 giugno 2026There's a reason they ended up making 4 of these films. Kung Fu Panda is a pretty good film. The upbeat nature and ancient Chinese setting make for a pretty fresh entry into the childrens animation genre. The humour is almost exclusively targeted at children but it rarely uses that as an excuse to be lazy. The voice cast is genuinely great, even if I do find Jack Black a bit annoying. Ian McShane and Dustin Hoffman really bring their A game here. The score instantly became iconic, which is quite unusual in a kids film, but I'd recognise that music anywhere at this point. The story and message of this film is a pretty simple one. The only thing standing between you and your dreams is persistence. Success can be found in the most unlikely of places and doesn't always look how you'd expect. The audio and visuals are all spot on here. The 4K bluray really does look awesome.

It caused me to look at my review and realise I should really add a little more context… When my daughter was 2 and we were living through the 2020 pandemic lockdowns in New Zealand, Kung Fu Panda was one of the first films I showed her on those endless stay at home days. She was entranced by everything in the movie, and I never get tired of the gorgeous design and humorous gags. Brilliant cast with Jack Black and Dustin Hoffman, among others. From that day forth my daughter would just say “Panda” and we would have to watch it again. We must have watched it at least 50 times that year. Amazingly I never got tired of it either, much needed escapism that year, and further testament to how good it is. The following year her fascination switched to Frozen. Also great films for kids but I did not have the patience to sit through those 50 times 😅
- James Saenz20 novembre 2025“your mind is like this water, my friend. when it is agitated, it becomes difficult to see; but if you allow it to settle, the answer becomes clear." watched while playing a board game with friends. first hour was setup and familiarizing ourselves with the rules. as for the movie, the action is so amazing, the story’s pacing is tight and a lot of the comedy still works.

That is why it’s called the present.” This is a quote I often find myself trying to remember — and usually saying wrong — but it’s the thought that counts, right? Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, Jackie Chan, Lucy Liu, Seth Rogen, and Dustin Hoffman all star in a movie together. Must be a great watch, right? Oh wait, it is — it’s this one. A true classic with an amazing cast and an even better message. It’s all about the secret ingredient in the “secret ingredient soup.” I’m sure anyone reading this review has already seen it, and if you haven’t, I’m honestly surprised. But if it’s been a while, give it another watch. It’s still just as good almost twenty years later.
- Lucas Magreta22 luglio 2025great. the first movies to franchises are usually not that good but this one was amazing. the villain ( can somebody please tell me the villan's name) don't remember. was a great villain. let's just for now call the villain I don't remember. great action scenes between Poe and I don't remember. Jack black was amazing for the roll. jack is halarius I many other movies so he brought the humor to king fu panda

Sono i Cinque cicloni: Tigre, Gru, Mantide, Vipera e Scimmia i quali non sono particolarmente felici di vederlo nelle vicinanze. Le speranze di farne un vero guerriero si affievoliscono progressivamente e il giorno in cui Tai Lung, il vendicativo e fortissimo leopardo delle nevi, si libera dalla prigionia e parte alla ricerca di Shifu e del Guerriero le cose sembrano mettersi male. I Cinque sono pronti a sacrificarsi ma Po riserverà loro delle sorprese.
