But it’s got a great cast with for the most part pretty good animation even if it does look a little often in a few areas and the movie overall is honestly kind of a nice movie to just relax and take a breather plus, there’s actually quite a few jokes that both kids and adults will get a chuckle at. 7/10
- ajseaton906 giugno 2026Decent enough movie for a movie night with the kids. The second half was the better portion of the movie. First half was dragged out and boring. But it is Animated beautifully and some funny bits. the product placement & the social media stuff throughout was ott for a kids movie though.
- Kevin Ward13 aprile 2026The signature Sony Animation art style works really well here. Colors and animation look really good and varied. Story-wise, I’d probably only be around a 3 star rating. It’s pretty standard fare underdog story, but my youngest son really enjoyed it and he’s kind of right in that age where he cares less and less about the animated films that release. So I’ll give it a little bump for capturing his attention and imagination. Probably helps that he’s a Curry fan and that on the court he would be considered amongst the “smalls.” Good movie.
