The heir to the Gobo zaibatsu and the extremely vulgar Gobo Chama "Obochamakun" has transferred to Denenchofu Gakuen, an elite elementary school, and his best friends, Shuhei Kakino and Ojo Shoji, who Chama became friends with for the first time without the help of money. Samayo, a young lady who is also the fiancée of Chama; Kinman, a wealthy man who is second in wealth to the Gobo family; and Taizo, a poor man with a lot of pride and even an idiot from a former upper-class family. A bizarre and chaotic upper-class gag anime set in an elementary school with classmates with strong personalities!
