Kay, a famous manga artist, finds himself under the watchful eye of Phat, the inspector overseeing a serial murder case, after the victims' profiles, killing methods, and crime scenes are found to bear a suspicious resemblance to scenes from Kay's old work. Thrown together by circumstances, the two must join forces to uncover the truth, solve the case, and track down the killer. Along the way, two strangers slowly find themselves bound by something that feels a lot like trust.
