In a 4-episode documentary mini-series, Brazilian superstar, actress and producer, Ingrid Guimarães investigates one of the biggest challenges in the lives of the overwhelming majority of women: the combination of motherhood and professional life. Being able to coordinate the two activities is a challenge that goes beyond age, social classes or access to cutting-edge solutions. Certain professions generate curious developments: how do they adapt to mothers who exchange the night for the day in work with inverted schedules? And when the profession involves risk, endless shifts or other specific challenges? In a world that increasingly questions the female role in society in general, are we doing enough to ensure that mothers can act professionally and have a healthy relationship with their children? During a series of honest conversations with recent mothers and future mothers who remain in the job market, Ingrid uses her own experience to question this dilemma that crosses generations.
