In the middle of Baltimore's toughest neighborhood is an after school maker space inspiring disenfranchised kids to design their futures via science, technology, engineering, and math. Within these walls, a 7th grader finds sponsorship from a local millionaire and mentorship from engineers across the internet to build a sensor-enabled wheelchair that could disrupt an entire industry.
