Christian and Fahri are stranded at the airport in Hahn. Fahri persuades his friend, who is from the Palatinate, to spend the night with Christian's parents. On the drive to Christian's parents' house, they run over a stork. While Fahri just wants to drive on, Christian has qualms. The two hide the dead animal in the trunk, but the stork friends are on their trail. But life in the tranquil Palatinate region also has a lot to offer in other ways.
