Guy code is about what it sounds like, the silent "code of behavior" that exists between guys. A few selected celebrities talk about different situations that might occur in life and how guys should act when that happens. For example they have talked about when it is okay for a guy too cry and how a guy should act the morning after a one night stand. Of course the celebrities in the show comment everything with their own sense of humor.
