Follows the wheelchair-bound pensioner Hintz, who lives with his roommate Trixie and their three children in a joint venture in an apartment in an old building in Berlin. But when his sister Elfie shows up with her new boyfriend, the tense calm is over: He turns out to be a real esoteric, which quickly leads to conflicts between the two stubborn heads.
