Robert Tinnell is an American filmmaker, writer, producer, and graphic novelist from Fairmont, West Virginia. Growing up in north-central West Virginia, Tinnell developed a passion for storytelling and classic genre films, particularly horror, which would strongly influence the direction of his career.
