- PhysicalMedia4Life11 janvier 2026I really enjoyed this thriller. I thought it was watchable, engaging & suspenseful. It was also very well paced; it's less than an hour and a half, which benefits the movie a lot...it gets in and gets out and doesn't overstay its welcome. The acting from both Hilary Swank and Jeffrey Dean Morgan is so good, that it elevates the film as a whole. I thought the secret locations that Max built behind the walls were very creative and kept the movie interesting!! I really like the apartment setting and suited the movies tone, atmosphere & concept!! The last Act of the film was very eventful and had a long drawn out fight and struggle, between Juliet & Max our protagonist & antagonist of the film, which is awesome for a movie like this. And the ending is very satisfying as well imo. However the main issue I had with it, is how Max got Juliet there to that apartment in the first place...through a set of circumstances that he made happen and setup, I didn't fully buy it tbh. And with these type of movies, you've got to ignore & look past the illogical & unrealistic nonsense, that just wouldn't play out like that in real life. Overall this is a movie that I think, is quite underrated and is 💯 Recommendable!!!!

Récemment séparée, Juliet tente de se trouver un nouvel appartement. Lorsqu’elle déniche un magnifique loft à Brooklyn, la jeune femme se dit qu’elle a beaucoup de chance. L’endroit est fabuleux et le propriétaire, Max, est vraiment charmant. Pourtant, certains faits étranges alertent bientôt Juliet. Son appartement n’est peut-être pas le paradis espéré. La troublante impression de ne pas y être seule commence à l’effrayer. Elle sent des regards, des présences... Entre passages secrets et obsessions, commence alors une terrifiante partie de cache-cache. Pour avoir une chance d’échapper au piège qui se referme sur elle, Juliet va devoir faire face au pire des cauchemars.
