- YoungALevel13 décembre 2025ABSOLUTE CINEMA I've thoroughly enjoyed SpyxFamily, both reading and watching it; it's a very "looks good, feels good" series that in and of itself is a strong recommendation of an anime for almost anyone. The movie takes it up a notch for sure and takes you on an adventure you will not regret going on. The cast all shines brightly with all of their personalities on display, the wackiness and whimsy is as prevalent and endearing as usual, and the scale of the movie is definitely felt in all of the production value. Also, to whom this may concern, the whole plot is wrapped up in a nice self contained bow that doesn't disturb the series' continuity. Gotta love the Forgers. Cannot complain. Go watch it. - rg94001 novembre 2024A fun, cute, and wholesome movie that plays to the series' strengths, especially after the series sort of had a flat second half to the prior season. It realizes that the main draw of the show isn't the dramatic irony of each family member not knowing the secrets of each other, but rather their own way of fighting for their family. The humor is pretty solid, especially in the first half, though a slightly crude gag overstays its welcome in the second half. I was surprised by the animation quality, though it was mostly reserved for the ending but looked excellent. I'm not huge into the action in this series, so when it devolves into that near the end, I kind of zoned out a bit. However, the animation and hitting all the emotional beats makes up for it. Overall, I think if you enjoy this show and this misfit family's hijinks, this movie is definitely worth a watch and not the typical superfluous anime movie, even if it doesn't exactly move the overarching plot anywhere.
