- stuhannaford8 décembre 2025With the exception of a clever twist, the story is lacking in depth. However, that's not really what the crux of the film is about. An all too familiar tale of government interference and overreach (limited not just to the US), in the name of being the 'good guys', continues to ask that age old question, are monsters born, or are they made? Who are the extremist antagonists when you boil it all down? It is perhaps a little liberal in its display of serving up the 'perceived heroes' as villains, but isn't biased to the degree that it paints it as a blanket issue one way or the other... more so that sorting fact from fiction, is becoming so much more difficult day by day. Considering the acting talent on show, none of the characters have an enormous of amount of meat on their bones, but they all carry their parts well through their storylines, Streep, as you would expect, in particular. Whatever the time period, wherever the location, it seems that questionable US governmental actions continue to have consequences, and with that, plenty of stories left for Hollywood to tell.

Arrêté, menotté et emmené, il se retrouve nu, seul dans une étroite cellule. Ses ennuis ne font que commencer... Il fait l'objet du programme "extraordinary rendition"...
