However, they are disoriented by the unfamiliar city, its new highways, and cheerful, intelligent inhabitants. Instead of the narrow, poor streets and huts they remember, they find themselves in a vastly different landscape. By morning, Niko and Siko return to the museum, their quest for home still ongoing.
