- Frostfang6723 février 2026Basically, no diet is healthy. Sugar is in everything and also ultra processed. My advice is to eat in moderation and low processed foods. Also, get a slow cooker and start making stews and learn how to prep vegetables and meats ahead of time. Also, this documentary was pretty entertaining.
