- SendPie9 mai 2026why.... just why? Gay/woke Hollywood garbage.
- Hakihiko25 mars 2026Ambitious but Uneven "Eternals" attempts something slightly different within the Marvel universe, leaning into a more contemplative tone and a broader sense of scale than many of its counterparts. The film clearly aims for a more epic and reflective approach, which gives it a distinct atmosphere, even if the execution doesn't always match the ambition behind it. The performances are solid and professional, with the ensemble cast bringing a sense of gravitas that fits the film's more serious tone. The characters are portrayed with sincerity, and there are moments where the interactions feel genuinely engaging, even though the large cast sometimes limits how deeply each role can be explored. Visually, the film is striking. The cinematography favors natural landscapes and expansive imagery, creating a sense of grandeur that sets it apart from the typical glossy superhero style. The soundtrack complements this approach well, adding a slightly more dramatic and epic flavor to the overall presentation. The script tries to balance multiple themes and character arcs while maintaining the rhythm of a blockbuster. While there are interesting ideas beneath the surface, the pacing can feel uneven, occasionally slowing down too much before quickly rushing through other moments. This imbalance becomes the film's main weakness. With so many characters and narrative threads, some elements feel underdeveloped, and the story never fully finds the cohesion it seems to be aiming for. Despite its flaws, the film deserves some credit for trying to push the formula in a slightly different direction. Even if the result is inconsistent, the ambition and visual style make it an intriguing, if imperfect, entry in the franchise.
- freddagg2229 novembre 2025Pretty good movie to watch. Visuals were awesome as were the characters... hopefully Disney get their act together and make the sequel... looks very promising 👍👍👍
- Harish Cousal16 novembre 2025Story is scattered, but the visuals are art. You stayed for the VFX and honestly, that’s the movie’s strongest flex.
- Robot Monster10 juin 2025Painfully boring and joyless trash.
- Your Guy26 octobre 2025If you are a Marvel fan; you have to watch it. Not the greatest and certainly not the worst!
- jackmeat23 août 2025My quick rating - 6.6/10. I have been waiting for this one, even though I never really touched upon the comics back when I did read them. What I knew of their story, though, I was aware this was going to be a hard sell for the current MCU audience. Basically, a bit too broad cosmic scale, and not enough, well, Iron Man. So, where to begin while keeping this brief? The casting was about as good as can be. Characters all hit pretty much what they were each written to be. I do somewhat wish they would connect with each other a bit better, though. It is a Marvel production, so you can rest assured it is going to look great and grand scale at every moment. CGI is in full effect and sometimes does misfire, but I suppose our brains are just getting so used to its use in these blockbuster movies that we are starting to get critical of little things. The story is where I have to pause and try and explain since the movie at times gets lost in doing so itself. These celestial beings with superpowers were sent to Earth 7K years ago to defend it from deviants. That part alone will open a ton of questions right away. Over the course of history, they have just been "here" and with their accelerated knowledge, have been shaping human civilization slowly with little nudges along the way (those pyramids??? etc.). I'll hit the main question: where are they during EVERYTHING you have seen in the other 25 films? They touch upon this with explanation in the movie, and they have a reason that is far-fetched but does work. So knowing this, for the first time in centuries, a deviant attack occurs, which leads the Eternals to track each other down and unite in a fight against them. This is about the most basic explanation I can give, since the whole creation of them, and so on, is all part of the 156 minutes. The movie is a departure from the typical MCU as it deals with the negatives of having superpowers along the way. The subject matter is a bit more adult-oriented at times, which then abruptly throws in comic relief. As a spectacle movie, it will be hit or miss for the audience, with the runtime being the major nag. It does have lulls along the way, which typically come during the times that explanations are necessary. All the production values are tight, with many of the scenes just looking so colorful and vibrant that you just can stare at them for a moment to take it all in. For the good and the bad that this one had, I still enjoyed it and believe it can lead to good things going forward. Even by the time the credits are done, you may have more questions than answers, and the credits scenes certainly don't help.
- mickerdoo22 octobre 2025Enjoyable run of the mill Marvel. Story felt derivative but that's not uncommon for the genre. Cool to see so many stars without backstory.
- EagerMule11 août 2025delete this movie from existence
- Oscar Barrios15 juillet 2025It is definitely not the best MCU movie, but it has its moments.
- tacl518 octobre 2025Dumb movie. Bad acting
- Rich13 octobre 2025Lots of action, but will leave you with a lot of questions if you are a comics fan
- John Moss1 septembre 2025A stunning movie to look at, but a slog to watch nonetheless. Too many moving parts to comprehend during much of the film during my first viewing, when it was released during the pandemic. I watched it again while fully immersed in VR last night, and upon a second, more enjoyable viewing, I have to give it a more nuanced thumbs up.
- thomasrogers75315 août 2025This one is a weird one because I feel like all the pieces for a great movie are here but they just fumble the execution They brought in so many great actors to play these characters and yet it seems like half of them are pushed to the side and not used to the fullest And not to mention that like half of the movie didn’t make much sense to me but what do I know Sadly, I would not be shocked if we don’t see any of the characters again (please I want to see blade)
- Mister Arn21 mai 2025Well made with solid acting and a weak story, Eternals is an average film. I enjoyed the original storyline in the Kirby comics and was disappointed in the movie.
