- TH3UKRIDDL3R-5 jThe worst film I’ve seen in a long time—well, since Masters of the Universe, actually. 😕😪 I dont know what film all you 3 & 4 star reviewers watched 😒 The story is so poorly written that my 10-year-old could have come up with something better. The characters make ridiculous decisions that no normal person would ever make, purely to force the plot forward. Don’t waste your time.

- vangh112 juillet 2026Steven Spielberg makes the mistake of thinking a thesis and a big budget are enough to make a good movie. When this thing opened, I literally thought we were watching a movie within the movie it was so overshot and overwrought. Too many scenes are shot like stark lighting and a big score can be complete substitutes for any actual meaning or emotional resonance. And why do so many of the suspense and action sequences play out like I'm watching someone on Twitch trying a Grand Theft Auto mission for the first time? He's sneaking around secret agents by squat running directly at them, and they don't notice as long as they're turned the other way. Then his big car theft gets jammed up in the trees before he knocks over all the breakable obstacles. And when they send the car off the cliff and hide around One Big Rock while they let their star rating clear and then scurry off, again, 2 feet away from their pursuers, without drawing the awareness cone. And why is the invisible party action sequence shot like Home Alone? Why are we all of a sudden trying for 6 year old target audience slapstick?!? The overall idea has a ton of potential, and is well enough meaning, but the small details just don't line up or do enough to create any depth or actual excitement. And having the movie make it painfully clear multiple times that the one agent is absolutely willing to go rogue and do whatever it takes to kill them, just to have him frown and storm off as your big finish? What the heck even is that? He's literally fired openly at them before. I still absolutely love Stevie, but it's becoming clearer and clearer that all of his best work is officially 2 decades gone, and it breaks my heart to realize it.

- 2 septembre 2026This is without a doubt the worst movie ever made by Spielberg. I am in disbelief how bad it was. I guess he’s going soft in the head and no one has the guts to step in. Where to even begin? The bizarre and terrible acting? The nonsensical blocking? The glacier pacing? Or the most ridiculously up its own ass premise? I think this may be the worst movie of the year. I think it may be worse than The Happening. My favorite scene was the guy sneaking up to a fence, then sneaking along it (which had no cover, mind you), and cutting to him sneaking up to the same fence a second time. All while the police searching… A random ditch? Don’t turn around to look at the guy because reasons.

- 17 août 2026This movie can be perceived on several different levels: Entertainment value: it's fairly weak compared to today's standard of movies as well as a Spielberg production. The symbolism: it's far more cryptic than most people have the capacity to perceive at the moment. The obvious: the theme of this movie is the same thing that circles in social media content and through various and countless YouTube conspiracy theories. About systems of control that prevent information being released to the public. For those who understand: watch it at least three times.
