My quick rating - 4.9/10. Ok, that "blackface" joke was mildly amusing. Not a MOMENT of horror to this one. Another one is labeled incorrectly and slides into #shocktober. This one would've made a really good indie made at home, released on YouTube. Because there is no reason to watch this movie, thinking it is any more than that. Still doesn't make it less entertaining, especially if you like to view movies that take place entirely on a computer screen. Ok, most of the movie does since our lead Eric Tabach is a news editor who accidentally is sent proof of a police cover-up and scrambles to not only solve the case but get the word out. The vast majority of this is shown through the video clips he is editing and trying to piece together exactly what happened in the shooting of a government official. I will say that the movie kept me interested in how he was going to accomplish this, which is a step in the right direction. His occasional interaction with his girlfriend (Giorgia Whigham) did add a bit of validity to what he was going through. As I said about being on YouTube, I really think this could've been far shorter since even at a brisk 82 minutes, there were a few times it just felt like it was dragging on. I think a bit more meat on the bones of the plot, or some more scenes added outside the dude's hotel room, editing would've helped bring this one up. Ends up being at least entertaining and does wrap things up with a satisfying ending as well.
