But in a Blacksea town (Rize Ikizdere) Town Manager (also known as The Boot) wants to continue this prohibition and everyone hates him. This movie is the first and only movie about Azan Prohibition Torture in Turkiye between 1932 and 1950. Events occur in 17th of June 1950 (one day after the end of the prohibition)
