- Varun19 octobre 2024I’m surprised I actually enjoyed this movie. I came in with low expectations and understand why critics and audience didn’t like it at all. This kind of plot has been done a million times, it’s just plain lazy and a lot of the characters are kind of meh. Orm is the only interesting standout and Patrick Wilson looks like a badass. I’ve been put off by Jason Momoa’s acting in Fast X and just can’t take him very seriously anymore, he’s just okay in this film. And the whole movie builds up to a big bad villain who is then very easily defeated, it’s just comical that people actually write garbage scripts like this. But goddamn some of the environments in this film are so freaking beautiful and imaginative. They really nailed the production design and CGI. The club scene was pretty cool, the forest scene was lush and vibrant, the designs of the vehicles and sea creatures were unique, the fight and chase scenes were well done and entertaining. The relationship between the brothers was decent. I just had a good time experiencing the world and action sequences. But yeah so much potential squandered by a derivative lame story. I was never a fan of the DCEU, I’m just a completionist so I watched all the films but I’m glad this shit show of a universe has finally come to an end and I’m optimistically looking forward to James Gunn’s new vision for these awesome comic book heroes.
- Zokkiie19 mars 2026Entertaining enough, but a bit uneven. The visuals are gorgeous, especially underwater, and the main cast has good chemistry. The story drags in spots and tries to do too much at once, but the action keeps it moving. Worth a watch if you’re in it for spectacle more than depth.

- Chris C13 mars 2025Nope. I gave up not even 45 minutes into the film. I can see why it bombed in the theaters, because this movie is just terrible. Maybe the plot improves later in the movie, but up to the point I saw, it was just brainless. You might expect at least the special effects to be good in a movie that cost this much, but they were just over the top, too, and felt like they were trying too hard. Even for die hard superhero fans, skip this one and find something else to spend those two hours on.
