These guys state that The Shining is about the CIA covert operation MK ULTRA which was used to create sleeper assassins by brain washing and LSD. These agents were activated by reading‘Catcher in the Rye’. Somehow Britney Spears was involved and Kubrick shot JFK or something like that.. This is a must watch if you need a really good laugh. I think the makers are serious: legendary.
