Every scene was meticulously crafted from beginning to end; one of the best fantasy series I've ever seen. Every episode gave me goosebumps and brought tears to my eyes. A series can only be this beautiful. Even the opening music is captivating. I wanted Eleven to still be alive, and she is. Everyone moved on with their lives. Of course, I wished their fight with the monster had lasted longer, but this was a very good ending. They didn't leave it unresolved. Five seasons in total. Every good thing comes to an end... We grew along with the characters throughout the season, and everyone eventually went their own way. It was a perfect journey. The acting is perfect, the effects are perfect, and the script is independent and perfect. Even writing this gives me goosebumps. Truly, congratulations on your hard work. In short, friendship, courage, and the fight against the unknown... PERFECT 👌

The show constantly evolves without losing its identity. Friendships, sacrifices, and trauma are treated seriously, which makes every victory feel earned and every loss hit harder. Season 5, in particular, works so well because it feels like the payoff of everything that came before. It isn't just about defeating the Upside Down anymore-it's about closure. The characters are no longer just kids reacting to danger; they're young people shaped by years of battles, fear, and love. But like every season, they absolutely nailed and landed the tone, with an anthem of a soundtrack, great acting and solid loveable writing. I call this series a bit of a masterpiece for what it is - a call to resilience and bravery in the face of a fucked up world that spares no one no matter their age. Not at all an easy story, yet one that shockingly *works*, and does so striking a tone that is really the best of us. It's the heart of the 80s and 90s bottled up into a +5 potion of strength, and given lovingly to the next generation of adventurers. It's yours now. Hopefully we all need it less soon. Imo they landed the last season just fine. This aint no GoT. Maybe you'll quibble about it - I still loved it - but regardless there's certainly nothing lost. 5 out of 5, no other show like it. Watch it.

Season 4 with Eddie will always be my favorite, but the final season 5 was a great ride and wrap-up. Great horror writing that was so well directed and acted. I'm going to miss these kids from Hawkins.

The series succeeds first and foremost because of its storytelling. The plot remains compelling across seasons, managing to evolve without losing its identity. The pacing is tight, rarely dragging, and the sense of momentum keeps episodes binge-worthy even when the stakes grow larger and darker. It knows how to balance mystery, horror, adventure, and emotional beats without letting one overwhelm the others. Performances are another major strength. The cast - especially considering how young many of them were when the show began - delivers remarkably solid work throughout. Characters grow naturally over time, and their relationships feel earned, making the emotional moments land with real impact. The chemistry between actors is a huge part of why the show works so well. On a technical level, "Stranger Things" is top tier. The cinematography is polished and cinematic, the production design is rich and immersive, and the music is iconic, suggestive, well-constructed, and perfectly aligned with the show's tone.
