Where to Watch Spider-Noir
- darsan27 de mayo de 2026it would've been great if sony did this from the beginning instead of making crappy villain turned anti-hero spinoffs just to retain the rights of spider-man and i hope this will get a s2 and i hope that sony will make other shows focusing on other spider characters from the spider-verse. the right way to watch this show is in authentic black and white, nic cage absolutely killed it as ben reilly a.k.a the spider and li jun li absolutely killed it as cat hardy and i hope to see them in a potential s2.
- Grampa Caligulahace 5 dIt has a lot going for it, and the story is engaging. But there's an missing element to the 'film noir' aspect of the show. The dialog pacing is too slow, Cage seems to be operating in slow motion and the femme fatale aspect seems lacking. Overall, the concept is really good - I just wish it would have not tried to modernize every aspect. This seemed to need more of a touch of 'The Asphalt Jungle' or 'The Killing'-style noir, needing only to update the action. I don't hate it - I actually want to like it more. I'd argue that it's a glimpse of what a 40's film noir would look like if it were filmed today, and I think the director and the producers think the audience isn't as smart (or they figure everyone's on their cell phone and paced it that way. Not sure about the casting, but still worth the watch.
- trrshace 4 dNot the worst and not the best marvel show this sits right there in the middle. It’s a bit goofy at times but overall it knows when to dial it back to a more serious tone. Nicholas cage imo does a great job as “THE Spider”. What’s great about this show I will mention is that it’s pretty much stand alone with needing prerequisites to watch and enjoy more than I can say for a lot of super hero shows. Overall this was entertaining and I do hope to see a second season. Watch if you enjoy Spider-Man and nick cages acting and even if you don’t watch it anyways :)
- HaHaHarvey44hace 1 dSpider-Noir is one of the most refreshing comic-book adaptations I've watched in years. Rather than chasing multiverses, endless cameos and universe-building, it focuses on telling a stylish detective story wrapped in a gorgeous noir aesthetic. The black-and-white presentation gives the series a unique identity, while Nicolas Cage fully embraces the role and delivers exactly the kind of eccentric, committed performance you'd hope for. This doesn't feel like another Marvel project, it feels like its own thing, and that's its greatest strength. The show isn't perfect. The pacing can be slow at times, and viewers expecting constant superhero action may find themselves surprised by how much of the series is dedicated to detective work, atmosphere and character moments. There are also occasions where the style threatens to overshadow the story. Even so, those are minor complaints in a series that is so confident in its vision. Dark, distinctive and wonderfully weird, Spider-Noir proves that comic-book adaptations don't need to follow the same formula to succeed, and for me, it's one of the best superhero shows in years.
- ርልዪረhace 4 d🕷️🕵️♂️🔫 I went into this not quite sure what to expect, Nicholas Cage has had a few hits and well, a lot of misses. Cage always wanted to play Superman but (except for a cameo in The Flash) never got to and became too old for the role. This show is pretty good as a plan B. Cage fits the role of a reluctant hero, a guy with superpowers (Who retired after a tragedy) that is now a private detective in the 1930's. He's always had a tendency to overact, but his fans love it, and this is no exception. The show does a pretty good job of creating a noir world with a chance for the viewer to watch it in color or stylish black and white similar to Frank Miller's Sin City. Lucas Haas is well cast as a heavy and Brendan Gleeson also as a crime boss while Karen Rodruiguez brings some smiles as Cage's long-suffering secretary. The show works well as the viewer is given details in small amounts while each episode unfolds and the mystery keeps them guessing as to what's going on. It's a good blend of noir, mystery and superheroes. I'd recommend it.
