One was captured in the lab, his older brother saved him. But the combination of computer chips, electrical sockets and a resulting meltdown left one of them with enhanced powers.

His sneezing angers the steed into winning over and over. Reg bets all his money and Rube makes the steed a winner only to find out that Rube pinned his number upside down and they loose it all.
