La serie narra las aventuras del joven entrenador Pokemon de diez años Ash Ketchum, que decide comenzar su aventura para llegar a convertirse un día en un gran Maestro de Pokemon. Para ello deberá recorrer distintas regiones, capturar cuantos más pokemon pueda, y conseguir las medallas de gimnasio necesarias y así participar en la Liga Pokemon, ganarla y así estar un paso más cerca de convertirse en Maestro Pokemon. Para ello cuenta con la ayuda de Pikachu, su primer pokemon, que obtuvo de manos del Profesor Oak. En su recorrido conocerá y hará nuevos amigos, como Brock o Misty, que le acompañarán y ayudarán para conseguir alcanzar su sueño.

- Soham Jaiswal31 de marzo de 2025Ig i outgrew it by the time i reached sun and moon but ngl i think it was just them targetting a younger audience, X&Y was really aligned with me as a teen, why tf would you want to put ash in a school after all that, made no sense in the narrative, i dropped it at that point but i think for what it was and the amount of friends i have made by connecting to people through this show, it's an integral part of my life and i think everyone who lives on this earth would do themselves a service if they watch this lol.
