Toneri Shinichi is a young man living in a condominium in Saitama. He's someone that fails at everything he does. Whenever he gets a new job, he gets quickly fired. On the other hand, Kashiya Jiro is the resident in the room next to Shinichi's. He suddenly discovers a hole in the wall which he can use to see Shinichi. He uses it to watch Shinichi in secret.
