Announced by Hasbro in 2018, Micronauts is based on a toyline by Mego that was sold in stores in the late 1970s. It centers on a group of freedom fighters trying to liberate the sub-atomic universe of Microsia from the domination of Baron Karza. In pursuit of the Baron, the Micronauts pass through a space bridge that brings them to our world. There they discover they are no larger than action figures. With the help of a boy named Cameron, they deal with Karza's plans to dominate both worlds.
