Uwe Herbst, the imprisoned former Minister of the Interior and biological father of Nikolas Heldt, has escaped from prison. Can the Commissioner and prosecutor Ellen Bannenberg stop him? To free Chief Inspector Green's wife from the hands of an anonymous kidnapper who called himself "Simon", Heldt initiated a meeting between Herbst and his alleged daughter Cloé, which he used to escape. The whole thing turned out to be a trick. If Herbst is not returned to prison by 10 p.m., everyone will lose their jobs.
