Fuet is a cat from an alien civilization that got lost in Catalonia, but they don't know at what point in history. Two extraterrestrials are sent on an interplanetary mission to find the Whip, but since they don't know when it was lost, they will have to go through the entire timeline, starting with the time when the Romans arrived in Catalonia.
