- Karen Nakamura18 de septiembre de 2025Columbo is my SMR. When I get anxious or depressed, I go on a Columbo viewing binge. He's unfailingly nice and polite. Never brags except about his wife. Always gets the bad guy or gal. And the basset hound is to die for. Why can't we all be a little like Columbo?
- Donald & Lavada Moore30 de septiembre de 2026Absolutely The Greatest Cop Show Ever Made.
- John Tankard17 de mayo de 2026Columbo is the best detective show, nothing comes close. They try to imitate it through various guises but cant compete. If you havent watched, and love the 'who done it' genre then this is for you....
- Aaron Slade9 de febrero de 2026I came late to the party, not seeing Columbo until the very late 90s on Australian cable at some ungodly hour. The show became a ritual of mine to watch an episode in the middle of the night with my insomnia. Very addictive
- Richard26 de octubre de 2025Saw it on TV and it felt like watching a detective solve crimes with a wrinkled coat, a polite smile and a mind like a steel trap. Lieutenant Columbo isn’t your typical TV cop. He’s disheveled, soft spoken and always underestimated, until he casually dismantles a suspect’s alibi with one final “just one more thing…” His cases are inverted mysteries: we see the crime, the killer and the motive up front, the thrill is watching Columbo unravel it all with relentless charm and quiet brilliance. Peter Falk owns the role. His performance is layered, sly and deeply human. The show’s guest stars often playing arrogant, wealthy killers, including legends like Leonard Nimoy, Johnny Cash and Patrick McGoohan. Each episode is a slow burn, rich with tension, wit and that signature Columbo persistence. Watching it again feels like slipping into a well worn trench coat of comfort and cleverness. It’s timeless, methodical and oddly soothing, like a chess match where the rumpled guy always wins.
