Chappelle's Show Ratings & Reviews
- Alex8 de julio de 2025This show had a way of revealing deep truths about people and society—then flipping them around and making us laugh at them. It softened the blow of some hard realities through sharp, fearless comedy. The “R. Kelly – Piss on You” sketch? Hilarious. Dave Chappelle was comedy gold. I was around 10 years old when I first watched it, and it stuck with me ever since. Honestly, shows like this helped shape how I understand humor, tone, and even the deeper meanings behind people’s behavior. It also gave me one of my first real understandings of what racism actually is—something that’s often misunderstood or thrown around without context nowadays. As a kid growing up in poverty and struggle, coming home to Chappelle’s Show was a highlight. Little did I know then that, even years later, it would still stand out as better than most of what’s out there now. Thanks, Dave—keeping it real never goes out of style.
- Halim Mellick30 de junio de 2025I was about 11 years old watching the only TV channel I could pick up in my room using a coat hanger as an antenna and Chapelle's Show came on one night after South Park. It was the most I had ever laughed at the TV - I couldn't wait to talk about it at school the next day, little did I know I had just witnessed history. Thank you Dave Chappelle, Thank you SBS and thank you coat hanger
