Venom Ratings & Reviews
- Dave Barnes11 de abril de 2025Reasonably good Marvel film, quite funny.
- Zokkiie24 de marzo de 2026Messy in a fun way. It leans hard into its own weirdness and somehow that’s what makes it work. The chemistry is chaotic but entertaining, and there are moments that are way funnier than you’d expect. It’s not polished and definitely not trying to be, but it has a kind of scrappy energy that keeps you hooked. Not perfect, but easy to enjoy if you’re in the mood for something a bit unhinged.
- aslamdriver14 de febrero de 2025Venom delivers an entertaining mix of action, humor, and sci-fi horror, driven by Tom Hardy’s engaging performance. The dynamic between Eddie Brock and the symbiote is the highlight, offering both comedic and intense moments. While the plot feels rushed and the villain underwhelming, the film succeeds in providing a fun, chaotic ride with some great action sequences. Rating: 7/10 – Enjoyable for Venom fans, but could’ve been better with a stronger story.
- mickerdoo26 de enero de 2026I really like this conflicted character that needs to feast but could still use powers for good. Ready to see Hardy in full stride in sequel.
- Harish Cousal12 de diciembre de 2025A messy-but-fun origin drenched in 2010s energy. Eddie and Venom’s chaotic bromance is the real win. The plot’s rough, the pacing wild, but it’s oddly entertaining. An okay watch with just enough charm to keep you in

- Manuel Frangis26 de marzo de 2025I just watched Venom, and I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. This movie is weird in all the best ways. It’s messy, loud, and kind of all over the place—but at the same time, it’s entertaining and has a charm to it that’s hard to explain. It’s not your typical superhero movie, and that’s actually what makes it stand out. It does its own thing, and whether it fully works or not, I had a fun time watching it. Tom Hardy is the main reason this movie works at all. He goes all in as Eddie Brock, and I mean all in. His performance is awkward, twitchy, funny, and completely unpredictable. You can tell he’s having a good time just being weird with it, and that energy is what carries the whole movie. When the Venom symbiote takes over and starts talking to him, things get even better. The conversations between Eddie and Venom are ridiculous in the best way—half horror, half comedy, and totally chaotic. The relationship between Eddie and Venom is actually the heart of the movie. It’s less of a hero story and more of a messed-up buddy comedy. Venom is violent, hungry, and doesn’t care about humans, but somehow they make it work. Their dynamic is funny, wild, and surprisingly kind of sweet at times. It’s not something I expected to enjoy as much as I did. The action scenes are solid, but they do feel a little rough around the edges. The CGI gets messy in spots, especially during the darker sequences. There are some cool fights and chase scenes, but they’re not the most memorable part of the movie. What I’ll remember most is Venom saying something outrageous while eating someone’s head and then cracking a joke two seconds later. The story itself is kind of basic, and the villain is pretty forgettable. It’s the classic evil corporate guy trying to do dangerous experiments, and it doesn’t really go deeper than that. You’re mostly watching this for the Eddie and Venom chaos, not the plot. The pacing is fast though, and the movie never really drags. It just kind of throws you into the madness and keeps going. The tone is all over the place, but in a weird way, that adds to the fun. One minute it’s horror, the next it’s comedy, then suddenly it’s an action scene. It should feel like a mess—and maybe it is—but somehow it works if you’re just in the mood for something different. It’s not trying to be a serious, gritty superhero movie. It’s just doing its own thing, and that gives it a unique vibe. I give Venom 3.5 out of 5 stars because even though it’s flawed, it’s still a fun ride. It’s not perfect, and it definitely doesn’t follow the superhero formula—but it’s entertaining, funny, and full of wild moments you won’t forget. Tom Hardy absolutely carries the whole thing, and the Eddie/Venom bond is what makes it worth watching. Overall Venom is a strange, messy, but entertaining movie that somehow works just enough to be fun. If you don’t take it too seriously and just go along for the ride, you’ll probably have a good time. It’s not great—but it’s not boring either. And honestly, sometimes that’s enough.
- Nathan Magreta23 de julio de 2025What an amazing movie. In this movie, Sony perfectly casts venom, sets up a great origin story, a solid villain, and the start to an amazing trilogy.
- Ajay3 de septiembre de 2025Absolutely fantastic from start to finish in every way possible - and that's not just because I love Hardy and Venom. Everything about this film sets up Venom as a genuine anti-hero, not just a cameo in Spider-Man 3. Sure, Topher Grace's version was great by his own merits, but in Venom, you really begin to understand more about the symbiote that seeks asylum on Earth-616, and what cosmic horrors it brings with it.
- Lucas Magreta26 de junio de 2025I really loved venom. Tom Hardy did great. venom and the symbiotes were great. the movie was a great way to use up my time once. the movie overall is just awsome

- Daniel Gustavsson17 de octubre de 2024Very bad sadly. The effects and script is terrible. This one is absolutely not for the fans of the titular character.
