My quick rating - 3.4/10. I think the poster clues you in on what to expect and is kind of amusing at the same time. But as for this b-budget slasher, there isn't a whole lot to admire. A group of employees at a water treatment center begins to notice some strange occurrences on Christmas eve. The fact that it is at this facility is a big part of it since you can tell these people either work there or begged their buddies to be allowed to film there. Location aside, it seems a crazed killer from years before has returned to finish what he had started years before. So this new group of people that genuinely do not seem to like each other in the slightest are picked off one by one in your standard methods, but their use of gore is quite amusing at times. Adding in the acting of each victim to this makes for a couple of funny scenes. Most likely not meant to be funny, but give them credit, accidents happen. I would have to say, though, the production value itself is a step up from what was obviously a pet project here. Better than I was expecting, just the story itself didn't have anything to bring you in, and often, along with completely stupid decisions and dialogue that absolutely no one would say, it just flops around in failure. Too often, the intended action is brought to a halt because someone decides not to take the easy way out, and instead talks about it for 5 minutes. I would advise passing on this one since it doesn't bring much to the table; however, if you are dead set on Santa roaming around doing the killing, you might be able to get past the overall boredom involved.
