- MR_BigTimehace 6 dMovies like RED and RED 2 cater a specific audience, or mood, if you will. When watching such movies, going in with the appropriate expectations is in order if one's going to enjoy them. The Mission: Impossible, Expendables, DIe Hard, Lethal Weapon, and Rush Hour sagas didn't stand out for their coherence, but precisely for that over the top, mindless, dumb action comedy fun they bring. Granted, this was a bit of a step down from the first one, but it was still fun for exactly what it was.
