It just left you with too many questions. I liked it, it was interesting. Those are just my feelimgs. Maybe the story turned out exactly how the director planned.

The captivating cinematography and deliberate pace allow the images to wash over you like a haunted dream, but it is fine understated performances from the lead cast (especially Chalamet) that pull it all together.
